Leadership: Managing a Healthcare Team

This 2 hour class is designed to provide the student with an understanding of leadership skills in the workplace. The students have the opportunity to practice their skills through role play and discussion. Topics include leadership style identification, avoiding “burn-out”, communication techniques, delegation, shift reporting and violence in the workplace. Certificate of completion is awarded at the end of class. Cost $120.00. Includes all materials.
